Put on your boots and grab your overalls—it's time to roll up your sleeves and become a Farmer for a Day! This hands-on, interactive program gives kids a taste of life on the farm right here at Buford Recreation. Participants will step into the shoes of a real farmer as they explore what it takes to care for animals, grow food, and live close to the land. With the help of our staff, your kids will learn through various games and fun farm-themed activities. Whether your child dreams of being a farmer or is just curious about life beyond the city, this day on the “farm” is sure to leave them smiling.
Please provide your child with:
- Lunch
- Snack (please remember that we are a nut free facility)
- Water Bottle
- Sneakers
