The goal of this league is to allow athletes who may not typically have a chance to play organized baseball, the chance to do so. The age cutoff date for this league is the first day of the season, Tuesday, September 2nd. Each player will receive a baseball shirt, pants, belt, and socks. Each player is required to have their Dream Team shirt on in order to play in the game for that day. If they do not have their shirt and we have an extra shirt available, each participant will get a shirt for free the first time. After this, participants will have to pay for a shirt. Reordering uniforms due to incorrect sizing may require an additional fee. Games will begin on Tuesday, September 2nd and the season will include six games. LCPR will also have some baseball gloves, bats, and balls for participants to use at games; however, it is still recommended to bring a baseball glove/bat to the game if you have one.

Game Length/Location:
Games will be an hour long for the middle school/high school group and approximately 45 minutes for the elementary group (or whenever they get tired of playing). Each person on the team will bat every inning, with the last person in the order hitting a homerun to clear the bases. Games will be played at Springdale Recreation Center.

Team Distribution:
Players will be divided onto teams based on age and size of the athlete in an effort to promote players' safety as much as possible. Each player will also be assigned a "buddy" to help them run the bases, play defense, or hit the ball. However, any athlete who does not want the assistance of a buddy does not have to be paired with one.
