Note:

Lancaster After School Program
Our program offers a safe and welcoming environment for children to unwind, explore, and stay engaged from 2:00pm-6:00pm. We will provide a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, sports, STEAM projects, games and homework support (note: this is not a tutoring service).
Program Fees: $150 per child per month
$140 a month per additional child/children
No bus fee required.
Fees are non-refundable and must be paid one week in advance (For example, September fees are due by August 28, 2025).
Late pick up fees: $10 for the first 10 minutes, plus $5 for each additional minute after.

Snacks: LCPR will NOT provide snacks daily. We ask that you provide snack and a juice/water bottle for your child Monday - Friday. On the last Friday of the month, Friday Finales, we will provide a special treat. Please keep in mind that we are a nut free facility, so pack snacks accordingly.

Child Pick Up: The safety of the children is our number one concern. All adults picking up children must present a valid photo ID. Additionally, please ensure a current photo of your child is uploaded to their Rec Desk account.
Closures and Early Dismissal: LCPR follows the current school district’s calendar. We will pick up on scheduled early dismissal days. We will not pick up if school closes early due to inclement weather. We are closed on all major holidays (see 2025 holiday list below). Mini Camps are available on full-day closures (i.e. teacher workdays) for an additional fee and require separate registration. These are not included in regular after-school program fees.

We will host a parent meeting on Monday August 4, 2025 from 5:30pm until 6:30pm.
We will host an open house on Tuesday August 5, 2025, 5:30pm until 6:30pm.

Labor Day - Monday September 1st
Veterans Day - Tuesday November 11th
Thanksgiving - Monday November 24th - Friday November 28th
Christmas - Monday December 22nd - January 5, 2026
New Years Day - January 1, 2026
